Paul Henry

Paul Henry is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and service operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Operations at Sonos, Inc. since January 2018, Paul specializes in IT infrastructure management and IT operations. Prior to this role, Paul managed product operations and DevOps at Citrix, where notable achievements included expanding the DevOps team from 5 to over 20 engineers. Previous experiences include positions at Microsoft, overseeing 24x7 support of AdECN technology infrastructure, and leadership roles at AdECN and CJ Affiliate, where Paul directed technology operations for mission-critical systems. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
