Ron Roberts

Ron Roberts is a distinguished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product design and development across multiple industries. Currently, at Sonos, Inc. since October 2012, Ron leads the Mechanical Engineering Analysis & Documentation Team and has played a pivotal role in the development of products such as the Era 100 and Era 300 speakers. Previous positions include Mechanical Engineering Manager at Osram Sylvania, where Ron focused on solid-state lighting products, and R&D Mechanical Engineer at Keurig, where advanced portion packaging was a key area of research. Ron's career also includes roles at Philips Color Kinetics, Kortec, Saint Louis Diecasting, Alesis, Stanley Bostitch, and Norus Manufacturing, showcasing a solid background in mechanical engineering, leadership, and advanced development in manufacturing processes. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
