Sonotheia is founded on a simple premise: when audio is weaponized, enterprises need expert judgment, not just detection scores.

Sonotheia is a deepfake-audio defense platform built specifically for regulated financial institutions. We help banks, broker-dealers, payments companies, and fintechs identify synthetic voice attacks in real time and provide regulator-ready forensics when incidents occur. Our technology is purpose-built for environments where a single fraudulent phone call can trigger multimillion-dollar exposure—and where documentation, auditability, and compliance rigor are non-negotiable.

Real-Time Deepfake Detection

At the core of Sonotheia’s platform is a real-time detection API that analyzes live audio in under a second. The system identifies AI-generated artifacts, synthetic speech patterns, and voice-model irregularities, returning a confidence score with configurable risk thresholds. Financial institutions can integrate the REST API directly into their call centers and authorization workflows without disrupting operations. Each detection event automatically generates an immutable audit trail that supports internal controls, supervisory reviews, and regulatory examinations.

Post-Incident Audio Forensics

When an incident requires escalation, Sonotheia provides expert audio forensics designed for regulatory, legal, and board-level scrutiny. Our documentation aligns with expectations from SEC, FINRA, OCC, and FinCEN, supporting SAR filings, incident reports, and investigative reviews. This gives institutions the ability to respond to emerging audio fraud with defensible evidence and specialist analysis that stands up to examination.

Diagnostics & Threat Intelligence

Beyond incident response, Sonotheia offers SaaS based diagnostics and threat intelligence that continuously tracks the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI voice attacks.
