Ana Alexe

Ana Alexe currently serves as the Director of Data Analytics for Audiological Care at Sonova Group, where responsibilities include leading digital analytics, data engineering, insights, and the development of global data strategies since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ana held the position of Senior Manager for Global Fintech Analytics at Delivery Hero, focusing on analytics for payment trends across multiple countries. Ana's earlier experience at PayPal involved various managerial roles in marketing analytics, contributing significantly to the optimization of marketing strategies and customer acquisition efforts while also establishing frameworks for digital marketing analytics. Additional experience includes roles at Orange Romania SA and Rompetrol. Academically, Ana holds a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from both The Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest and the University of Gothenburg, along with a degree in Economic Computer Science from The Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest.
