Echo Lu serves as the Managing Director for AC UK/ROI and a Global AC ExCom Member at Sonova Group, which specializes in innovative hearing care solutions. Additionally, Echo holds the position of Managing Director at Boots Hearingcare, a joint venture focused on providing quality hearing care services. Echo's extensive experience includes roles as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Coats Group Plc, Advisory Board Member at WiHTL, and previous leadership positions such as CEO of Haulfryn Group Limited and Managing Director of Holland & Barrett International. Echo also managed significant responsibilities at Tesco PLC over a ten-year tenure, including roles such as UK & Ireland Property Director and COO for China. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Fudan University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University.
