Florian Meyer

Florian Meyer is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer at Sonova Group since September 2019. Prior to this role, Florian worked as a Software Developer at Ommon Creations from September 2020 to February 2021, and as a Scientific Collaborator at smart living lab, leading the development of the NeighborHub House project focused on IoT and data visualization in 2018. Florian also contributed to the Swiss Team for the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon in 2017 as a Task Leader for the Comfort and Control System and served as a Scientific Collaborator at Haute école d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Fribourg, managing computer networks for electric distribution. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Networking and Telecommunications from HES-SO University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg, earned in 2016.
