Franco Ferrante

Franco Ferrante has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the optical and retail industries. At Luxottica, from 2016 to June 2020, Franco served as Managing Director North Europe, overseeing multiple significant positions, including Regional Director for North Europe, France, and Israel, and General Manager for BeLux, demonstrating expertise in commercial strategy and sales management. In 2022, Franco took on the role of Vice President North Europe at EssilorLuxottica, responsible for a Business Unit that accounts for 20% of EMEA business and managing approximately 1,400 employees across several regions. Currently, Franco is the Global Retail Excellence Senior Director at Sonova Group. Franco holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and has pursued further education in economics and business administration at prestigious institutions, including Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' and the University of California, Los Angeles.
