Janice Sun

Janice Sun is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HRBP Manager at Sonova Group since April 2023, Janice previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at Danaher Corporation from January 2015 to April 2023, overseeing HR initiatives for IDT China and providing comprehensive HR support for various business units. Janice's earlier roles at Danaher included HRBP for the R&D Development Center and a recruiter responsible for hiring across multiple functional areas. Prior to Danaher, Janice worked as a Recruiting Consultant at GE from March 2010 to January 2015, where responsibilities included developing strategic recruiting plans and providing full recruiting services. Janice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business English from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
