Julia Tuchen

Julia Tuchen serves as a Senior CRM Manager at Sonova Group since February 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the CRM roadmap and strategy across multiple markets and brands, developing a new reporting suite for data analysis, planning and migrating to new CRM tools for efficiency, and introducing WhatsApp as a customer communication channel. Previously, Julia held the role of Senior CRM Audience Manager at HelloFresh from September 2018 to February 2024, developing customer activation strategies across 17+ international markets and coordinating campaign teams. Julia's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior CRM Manager and CRM Manager at MONOQI, as well as roles at Delivery Hero SE, AMBERMEDIA GmbH, more-crossmedia GmbH, and Adjouri Brand Consultants GmbH. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in European Media Studies from the University of Potsdam, completed in 2010.
