Liron Kogan

Liron Kogan is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Sonova Group since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Ednm from July 2017 to November 2021, managing pension and study funds for 1,400 employees and overseeing attendance compliance with labor laws. Liron's career began in various capacities, including a student role at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Placement and Career Consultant, and experience as a psycho-technical diagnostician at Hadar Institute. Liron also held managerial positions, including Office Manager and HR Recruiter at Amit Tax, and has worked as an Administrative Assistant in the finance department of Taro Pharmaceuticals. Liron holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University.
