Matthew Pitt

Matthew Pitt is the Managing Director of Sonova Audiological Care Australia, a position held since August 2019, leading a team of over 500 professionals across two brands, Connect Hearing and Neurosensory, with a network of more than 200 clinics providing hearing healthcare throughout Australia. Prior to this, Matthew served as Director of Sales & Operations at Sonova Audiological Care Australia and held several key roles at Luxottica Retail Australia, including State Director for NSW/ACT overseeing 100 OPSM branded stores. Matthew's extensive experience in retail sales operations includes a tenure at Vodafone Australia, where responsibilities encompassed managing the integration of retail brands during a significant merger. Additionally, Matthew has held regional management roles at Kodak. Educational qualifications include studies at the Australian Center of Retail Studies at Monash University, Medowbank TAFE in Sydney, and Marist College Eastwood.
