Michaela Fiserova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering within the automotive and architectural industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Technics at Sonova Group since July 2022, Michaela leads multiple teams focused on hybrid and basic electronic production, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Leader at Sonova Operations Center, Product Manager and Project Manager at THK Rhythm Automotive GmbH, and Advanced Quality Engineer at THK Rhythm Automotive Czech. Michaela's background also includes freelance architectural work and technical design. Michaela holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Czech Technical University in Prague and is currently participating in the Sonova Momentum Program.
