Nick Barton MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the audiological care sector. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Director for Sonova Group since July 2015, Nick has held several key positions, including Human Resources Director for Sonova Audiological Care Nederland and Senior Human Resources Business Partner roles for Boots Hearingcare UK and Connect Hearing Australia, with a focus on collaborative initiatives during a three-month secondment in Australia. Prior to joining Sonova, Nick worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hidden Hearing and as a Human Resources Advisor at Subway.
