Omar Bringas

Omar Bringas has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Omar currently serves as the Global Director of Growth Initiatives at Sonova Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Commercial Excellence Manager at Aliaxis. Omar's previous experience also includes roles such as Senior Manager at Franke, Manager of Management and Strategy Consulting at Simon-Kucher & Partners, Senior Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, and Senior Operations Consultant at Altran. Omar has also worked as a Consultant at Plexus consultores and as a Plant Manager at Grupo Zeta. Omar began their career as a Sales Representative at Honda Motor Mexico and completed an internship in a 6 Sigma project at Soluziona. Throughout their career, Omar has gained expertise in various areas such as commercial strategy, revenue growth management, operations strategy, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, change management, and process optimization.

Omar Bringas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Omar later pursued a Master's degree in Operations Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2007 to 2008. Continuing their education, Omar completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Esade between 2010 and 2012. In 2017, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Executive Education, where they obtained a Diploma in Pricing Strategy. Lastly, in 2023, Omar attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education, specializing in Business Strategy.
