Pierre Guillon is an accomplished research engineer currently at Sonova Group since August 2015 and also serving as a senior scientist at ETH Zürich in the Department of Health Sciences and Technology, Institute for Biomechanics, focusing on Tissue Engineering and Biofabrication. Prior to these roles, Pierre Guillon worked as an R&D engineer at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule from July 2012 to June 2015, and at Genesis Acoustics, now known as ANSYS-OPTIS, from November 2010 to June 2012. Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2010 and a research engineer role at Orange from 2005 to 2008. Pierre Guillon holds an engineering degree from Centrale Méditerranée and a doctorate in Acoustics from Le Mans Université, completed between 2005 and 2009.
