Reto Joray

Reto Joray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronics manufacturing technologies, currently serving as Senior Manager at Sonova Group since July 2015, focusing on manufacturing process development. Previous roles include Technology Lead and Team Leader experience at Sonova Group and a series of positions including Senior Process Development Engineer at Phonak from August 2009 to June 2015, and R&D Engineer at ESCATEC Switzerland AG, where specialized in the contract development of optoelectronic and microsystems products. Reto Joray has also contributed as a Research Assistant at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and UC Santa Barbara, with a strong academic background that includes a Ph.D. in Physics, Optoelectronics from EPFL and a Master’s Degree in Materials Science from ETH Zürich.
