Rich Bedgood

Rich Bedgood is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director at Sonova Group since March 2025, Rich manages and develops a team of nine sales professionals in the Gulf Coast Region, focusing on personalized coaching and achieving key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Rich held positions at Phonak as Key Account Manager and Account Manager, where strategic sales and partnerships with audiology centers were a priority. Rich's experience also includes serving as Regional Business Manager at NuEar, Enterprise Sales Executive at TeleVox Software, and various sales roles in companies such as Rexton and Ocular Sciences.
