Sarah Kellsey

Sarah Kellsey serves as the Growth Leader for Canada at Sonova Group since January 2024, having previously held the position of Senior Business Improvement Manager at Ice River Sustainable Solutions from March 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at IDEX Corporation, where Sarah was the Director of Business Optimization & Planning and the Director of Business Optimization, actively promoting a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Sarah's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Dare Foods Limited focused on continuous improvement and operations planning, as well as financial roles in cost accounting at Lion Co and Cerebos. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from York University, a Certified Green Belt from McGill University, a Master of Applied Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management.
