Sharon Rash

Sharon Rash is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR at Sonova Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held positions at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, including Human Resources Manager and Social Media Recruiter, focusing on recruitment for a variety of technical and executive roles.
