Veronica Chen

Veronica Chen, MBA, is a global executive currently serving as the Global Marketing & Omnichannel Director at Sonova Group in Zurich, Switzerland. With a strong background in healthcare, luxury, and consumer markets, they have held various key positions, including Head of Global Retail Marketing Operations at SWAROVSKI and Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kiehl's. Veronica founded the first children's street dance teaching group, HIPHOPSUPERKIDS, and has contributed to strategic initiatives as a member of The Boardroom and Strategic Advisor for the Women's Brain Foundation. Veronica holds an MBA from both National Chengchi University and emlyon business school, as well as completing executive education in Women Leadership Development at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
