Andy Schulz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR for Sonova Retail Deutschland and as the Corporate Director of Business Transformation at Sonova Gruppe since July 2020. Prior to this, Andy took a sabbatical for paternity leave in early 2020. From June 2015 to December 2019, Andy was the Director of Group HR at Dornbracht Group, and from January 2009 to May 2015, held multiple senior roles at Vodafone focused on enterprise and digital transformation, business efficiency, and organizational development. Andy's career began at Arcor, where a role as Program Manager for Learning & Development was held from December 2007 to January 2009. Andy holds a Diplom degree from the University of Cologne.
