Phil Proom is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing software projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Sonovate since April 2022, Phil previously held roles such as Head of Development at Diligencia, where responsibilities included strategic direction and the implementation of an online portal for Business Intelligence. Phil's career also includes significant roles as Technical Director and Senior IT Development Manager at Crash Media Group Ltd, Managing Director at Accelerate, and Senior Developer positions at HML, Lloyds Banking Group, and HBOS.
