Gary Wells

Gary Wells is an executive-level leader with extensive experience in e-commerce and private equity, specializing in the sports, outdoor, and health sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Growth Director at Sons since 2024, they focus on scaling the digital business and managing the P&L for direct-to-consumer operations. Previously, they were the Head of Growth at Wiggle from 2019 to 2022, where they led marketing initiatives and managed significant budgets to drive business growth. Gary also held various roles in marketing and data analysis, including a contract position as Chief Marketing Officer at Pure Electric earlier in 2024. They hold degrees in Digital Analytics from The University of British Columbia, Critical Thinking in Global Challenges from The University of Edinburgh, and Computer Science from Ulster University.
