Will Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will co-founded "Sons" in 2019, where they currently hold the role of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Kerry Group from 2013 to 2019, starting as a Key Account Manager and progressing to roles such as Commercial Manager, Business Development Lead, and finally Business Unit Manager. At Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board, they worked in Marketing and Communications from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they were a Co-Owner/Manager of The Star pub from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for commercial, marketing, and event management. Will began their career at Park Magic in 2009 as a Member of the marketing team.
Will Kennedy received their Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Marketing and Management from University College Cork in 2010. Will further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing Research, completing their studies in 2012.
