Jesse Snider began their work experience in the engineering trainee program at Ensign United States Drilling Inc. in May 2012. They worked their way up from a Floor Hand to a Relief Driller, gaining experience in all positions on a rig crew. From March 2013 to July 2013, Jesse served as a Safety and Operations Instructor at Ensign Training Institution, teaching various classes on safety, operations, and equipment use and maintenance. In July 2013, they transitioned to the role of Directional Driller at Ensign Energy Services, where they worked until February 2016. Following that, they served as a Drilling Optimization Engineer from February 2016 to October 2017. Their last role at Ensign Energy Services was as a Drilling Superintendent from October 2017 to April 2020. Currently, Jesse works as a Project Manager at Sonsio Vehicle Protection starting from March 2021.
Jesse Snider attended Montana Technological University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied petroleum engineering. They then transferred to the Colorado School of Mines and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in petroleum engineering.
