Chris Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Beginning a career at BAE Systems as a Technical Apprentice in August 2010, Chris progressed to roles including Production Engineer, Production Leader, Manufacturing Manager, and New Product Introduction Lead. Currently serving as Operations Director at Sontay Ltd since December 2025, Chris has also held positions as Manufacturing Manager at both MEP Ltd and Triflex Productions Limited, and will transition to Head of Operations at MEP Ltd in July 2024. Chris possesses a strong academic background, having earned an Edexcel BTEC Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MidKent College, a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a First Class with Honours Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Greenwich.
