Derek Oleson

Derek Oleson has over a decade of experience in sales and training, currently serving as a Product Trainer at Sony Electronics since October 2017. In this role, Derek manages programs that engage social media influencers to enhance the visibility of Sony products. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Regional Sales Supervisor at Sony, where the primary focus was on promoting products in retail locations and developing strong relationships with sales associates to improve their selling techniques. Before joining Sony, Derek was a Sales Supervisor at Best Buy from September 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included driving sales performance through coaching and training of the sales staff.
