Seungmo Kang

SeungMo Kang is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in system and software development across various prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Sony Electronics since July 2018, SeungMo specializes in Linux device drivers, Yocto, and camera sensors. Prior roles include Senior System Engineer at uSens Inc. and Senior Software Engineer at LICID VR, focusing on OpenGL, Android NDK, image processing, and virtual reality applications. With a solid foundation in Android software development, OpenCV, and machine learning gained during tenure at LG Electronics, and earlier experience as a Staff Engineer at Samsung and Senior Firmware Engineer at LSI Logic, SeungMo has established a robust skill set in software engineering. SeungMo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seoul National University and further education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
