Jon Budden is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the consumer services industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Marketing at PlayStation since November 2014, Jon has held several leadership roles including Director of Consumer Experience and Head of Consumer Services. Prior to PlayStation, Jon worked at Sitel from October 2007 to October 2014, where recognition included a "Best Outsourcing Partnership" award at the 2011 European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards. Jon's earlier career includes positions at Kitbag.com, European Home Retail, and Concept Publishing. Jon holds a BA (Hons) in Business from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
