Simon Benham

Simon Benham is an experienced professional in change management and technology training, currently serving as the Change Management Lead at PlayStation since June 2022. With a strong background at London Business School, Simon led transformative technology projects and applied agile methodologies to enhance user adoption. Prior roles include Senior IT Trainer and IT Trainer, where Simon focused on training needs analysis and delivering IT education. Earlier experience includes training at Somerset College and quality assurance at Debenhams, complemented by a foundational role at Morrisons. Simon holds a BSc in Multimedia Computing from the University of Plymouth and a National Diploma in Multimedia & Internet Technologies from Bridgwater & Taunton College.
