Michael Shattuck

Michael Shattuck has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Enrollment Advisor and Programmer at the University of Phoenix. Michael was also a Software Developer at Lime Marketing in 2011 and a Senior Software Engineer at LMH Solutions from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Total Computing Solutions, where they developed an ecommerce system and worked with payment processing systems and financial aid processors. In 2013, they moved to Vivint as an Architect, Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, where they participated in the renovation of the customer management system, developed a General Ledger reporting system, and assisted in the development of the employee management system. In 2014, they joined Klymit as a Member of the Board of Directors. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Pluralsight, where they were responsible for technical management, maintenance and development of over 40 services and applications. Since 2020, they have been the Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer at Hitched.

Michael Shattuck has a Bachelor of Science in Software Development from Western Governors University. Michael also holds certifications from Certification Partners (CIW) in User Interface Design (obtained in January 2020), Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 (obtained in July 2019), and Site Development Associate (obtained in September 2018). Michael also holds an A+ certification from CompTIA.
