Brad Spooner

Brad Spooner has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting. Brad is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Soothe since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Soothe from August 2022 to November 2022.

Brad also worked at The Riverside Company from November 2015 to November 2022 as the Interim Chief Financial Officer - Portfolio Companies. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and executed private equity sponsor's post-acquisition plans and roll-up of acquisitions, including financial integrations and implementing the NetSuite ERP system.

Before their role at The Riverside Company, Brad worked as a Consultant at Logically in 2021 and Luminii in 2020, where they provided financial and strategic consulting services.

Brad also served as a Consultant at Logically from October 2019 to May 2020. InVita Healthcare Technologies employed him as the Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 2019 to September 2019.

Previously, Brad held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Logically from July 2018 to March 2019, and at Omnigo from February 2017 to June 2018. Brad also worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Marena from November 2015 to January 2017.

Brad's earlier experience includes working as a Director at AlixPartners from April 2009 to January 2015. In this role, they improved budgeting and forecasting capabilities and achieved significant cost savings for a subsidiary of a Global 500 company.

Brad Spooner attended the University of Arkansas from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Financial Management. After completing their degree, Brad obtained additional certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In 2002, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Later, in 2014, they obtained the Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor certification from the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
