Andy Mills

Andy Mills has extensive experience in program and IT management, currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management and Programme Director for Sophos since October 2013. In these roles, Andy has overseen product delivery, legal and supplier contracts, and global IT budget management. Prior experience includes leading IT and acquisition integration at MICROS Systems UK Limited, where significant IT restructuring was achieved across the EMEA region. Earlier roles at Infor and SSA focused on project management and IT service delivery, demonstrating a strong background in managing IT operations and mergers. Andy's career began at AEI Cables, progressing from an engineering design apprentice to various managerial positions in IT and production.
