Bill Prout

Bill Prout is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in security architecture and cloud solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Global Solutions Engineering Team at Sophos since June 2011, Bill also leads the Security Architect team, which focuses on providing technical expertise and assistance for Sophos public cloud solutions. Prior to this, Bill held various positions at Astaro AG from February 2007 to June 2011, including Lead Pre Sales Engineer for North America and responsibilities in management and engineering within global cloud infrastructure and network security. Bill's career began at the NYC Department of Human Resource Administration, where Bill worked as a Network Engineer from July 2004 to January 2007.
