Don Blach has extensive experience in the tax field, particularly in global taxation. Don served as the Vice President of Global Tax at Sophos, a leading cybersecurity company, where they were responsible for tax strategy, planning, accounting, compliance, and controversy. Prior to that, they held the same role at NortonLifeLock, a global consumer cybersecurity leader. Don also had a long tenure at Symantec, where they worked as the Vice President of Global Tax, leading all aspects of tax and managing a team of up to 65 individuals. Don also held roles as the Senior Director of International Tax and Director of International Tax at Symantec, where they oversaw international tax, transfer pricing, tax planning, compliance, and controversy. Don's expertise and leadership skills have been crucial in navigating complex tax environments and supporting business growth.

Don Blach has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Management from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Don also holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Don has additional certifications, including being an Attorney certified by the State Bar of California and a Certified Public Accountant certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
