Eric Rydberg

Eric Rydberg is an accomplished professional in channel sales, currently serving as Senior Director of Channel Sales at Sophos since June 2016. In this role, Eric is responsible for the National Channel strategy and manages executive relationships, leading a team of Channel Account Executives and Channel Account Managers. Eric's expertise includes the development of campaigns, rebate strategies, and a strong go-to-market approach, focusing on efficiency through lean and six sigma principles. Prior to Sophos, Eric held various roles at CDW, including Inside Solutions Architect and Operational Excellence Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed strategic design and process improvement. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College.
