Jon Gardner has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Sophos since September 2005. In this capacity, Jon is a strategic HR Business Partner for global product development teams, leading initiatives in Global Organisational Development and HR Program Management. Prior roles at Sophos include Director of Human Resources and various HR Manager positions focused on regions including the UK and Asia Pacific. Prior to Sophos, Jon worked as an HR Business Partner at Cattles PLC from 2000 to 2004 and as an HR Officer at Welcome Financial Services between 1998 and 1999. Jon holds a 2:1 honors degree in Business & Quality Management from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 2000.
