Jon Hickman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and firmware development. They served as Lead Software Engineer at Netronome from 2012 to 2017, where they led the team on the Agilio SmartNIC vRouter and maintained its product features. Previously, Jon held senior engineering roles at Bombardier Transportation, Tollgrade, and CSC, focusing on real-time firmware and DSL testing. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer 2 at Sophos, continuing to leverage their technical expertise. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Capitol College and has foundational engineering education from Penn State University.
