Marc LY has extensive experience in technical support and account management, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Sophos since December 2021. Previously, Marc held the position of Consultant Support at Neocase for a brief period in late 2021, and before that, worked as a Technical Support Consultant/Engineer at Sophos from November 2013 to August 2021.
