Matt Feates

Matt Feates has extensive experience in technical support and escalation engineering, currently serving as a Senior Global Escalation Engineer 2 at Sophos since February 2015. Prior roles at Sophos include Senior Global Escalation Engineer 1, Global Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Engineer - L2 Escalations, and Technical Support Engineer. Before joining Sophos, Matt worked as an IT Support Technician at Abingdon School and as an IT Support Analyst at RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Early in Matt's career, an apprenticeship at Zenos IT Training provided foundational skills in IT. Matt holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+ and various Microsoft Technology Associate credentials, as well as Level 3 Diplomas in ICT Systems and Principles and ICT Professional Competence, both with Distinction. Matt's educational background includes attending John Mason School from 2005 to 2010.
