Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn is a seasoned Senior QA professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance across various roles and organizations. Currently at Sophos since December 2011, Michael leads testing for the Web Security Appliance and related products, collaborates closely with project managers and developers in an agile environment, and has successfully driven significant performance improvements and feature rollouts. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture as a Systems Analyst focusing on QA for diverse clients, and at TELUS as a Software Quality Analyst II, where Michael led testing teams and improved overall quality through collaboration with development teams. Earlier roles include QA Analyst at Teltronics Inc. and Software Developer/QA Analyst at Tri-Link Technologies, where Michael developed and tested VoIP systems and managed testing processes. Michael holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
