Ross McKerchar is currently the CISO at Sophos, where they have spent over 17 years establishing and maturing the company's Cybersecurity program. Responsible for all aspects of Sophos' cybersecurity posture, Ross leads a global team dedicated to protecting the company's products, infrastructure, and services. Prior to their current role, they served in various positions at Sophos, including Global IT Security Manager and Cybersecurity Director. Ross began their career as a System Administrator at Crummock and holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh.
