Will Bourne

Will Bourne is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and finance systems architecture, currently serving as Director of Business Intelligence at Sophos since October 2020. In this role, Will manages a global team focused on operational application support and change management and has successfully transitioned an enterprise of over 1,000 users to automated cloud-based Power BI data modeling and reporting. Previous experience includes roles as Finance Systems Architect at Hitachi and AlixPartners, where Will developed finance systems architecture and automated systems that benefited millions of customers, respectively. Will also has a background as a Senior Financial Modeller at Vanquis Bank and has held financial modeling and analytical positions at Lloyds Bank, Standard Bank Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and GMAC. Will's educational qualifications include a degree in Biomedical Material Sciences from the University of Birmingham and a degree in Cultural and Critical Theory from the University of Brighton.
