Simon Harvey

Simon Harvey has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Simon began their career in 2007 as a Consultant at Waterstons. In 2010, they moved to IRIS Software as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2011, they joined TSG, where they held a number of roles including Operations Director, Head of Support Services, Head of IT and Business Systems, Applications Development Manager, and System Developer. Simon is currently employed at SoPost, where they serve as Information Security Manager.

Simon Harvey has a diverse educational background. From 1999 to 2003, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Stirling. Prior to that, they attended Carnoustie High School from 1993 to 1999. Simon has also obtained several certifications, including an eLearnSecurity Certified Professional Penetration Tester (2022), CyberEssentials Basics Assessor (2021), eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT) (2021), CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional (2021), CompTIA PenTest+ Certification (2021), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (2021), CompTIA Security+ (2021), MCTS - Dynamics CRM 2011 Customisation and Configuration, MCTS - Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment, and MCTS - Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
