Mathieu Larive is currently serving as a Lean-Agile organizational coach at Sopra Steria Next since January 2023, where involvement includes supporting Crédit Agricole SA in its agile transition as a member of the Agile ITD Center of Excellence. Throughout a career at Sopra Steria since May 2013, Mathieu has led the Agile Guild, fostering collaboration among nearly 3,000 members, organizing meet-ups, and aligning agile practices within the group. With extensive coaching experience across various ministries, Mathieu has implemented Agile methodologies, facilitated workshops, and conducted training programs. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and multiple certifications in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
