Mel McGee

Mel McGee is a People Services Delivery Specialist with a robust background in HR service delivery and employee engagement. They have honed their skills through various roles, including Branch Administrator at Direct Health Group and HR Administration Team Manager at G4S, where they led multiple HR functions. Currently, Mel serves as the Head of L&D Services at Sopra Steria. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Teesside and are pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at Teesside University.
