Sofie Ebeltoft

Sofie Ebeltoft has a diverse professional background, beginning with a role as Lærervikar at Pedagogisk VikarSentral AS from May 2018 to April 2021. Following this, Sofie gained experience as a Summer Intern at Yara International and subsequently served as an Organizational Development Intern at Gjensidige from September 2021 to August 2022. In June 2024, Sofie is set to take on the position of Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Høyskolen Kristiania, and a Master's degree in Technology, Innovation, and Knowledge from the University of Oslo, complemented by a brief coursework in Microeconomics at the University of Bergen.
