Lena Bernhardt

Lena Bernhardt has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Stellvertretende Personalleiterin at SOPTIM AG since July 2017, where responsibilities include team leadership, personal marketing, recruiting, and management of apprentices. In this role, Lena has previously held the positions of Leiterin Ausbildung and Personalreferentin, focusing on similar areas of expertise. Prior to SOPTIM AG, Lena worked at Trianel GmbH as Referentin Personal & Organisation from September 2015 to June 2017, engaging in personal marketing, recruiting, and personal management. Lena's career began at Grünenthal Group as a Praktikantin und Studentische Hilfskraft in Human Resources in early 2013. Lena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2014.
