Nathan Bohn, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Finance at Soraban since October 2025. Previously, Nathan held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at Nx from February 2024 to October 2025 and was the Head of Finance at Better Agency from August 2022 to February 2024. In these roles, Nathan focused on financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Prior to this, Nathan was a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Consultant at Deloitte, overseeing financial due diligence for private equity clients, and held various internships within Deloitte and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business in 2019.
