Ellen Moerman is a seasoned professional in acoustics and education, currently serving as Team Lead PMC Livable Building and senior acoustician at Sorama since March 2022. Moerman holds the position of NAG Chairman at the Acoustical Society of The Netherlands (November 2021 - July 2024) and has previous experience as an adviser in sound at Antea Group International. Educational contributions include teaching technical physics, acoustics, optics, and design at Fontys Hogescholen from November 2014 to May 2021. Earlier roles encompass teaching at Rodenborch-College and conducting research at FOM Institute DIFFER. Moerman's academic background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Education in Physics from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg.
